Starting off with a typical shot...

Sebastian shooting something. Slightly awkward shot, but whatever.

Saw a couple getting some photos. A bit out of the ordinary so I shot it. Had to run pretty close since I was using my 10-22. He looks kind of like Obama from the back.

Helicopter kite. Was kind of cool.

Plane kite got stuck in a tree. Irony?

Dad with his son and kite junk. Thought it was cute. Switched to my 50prime since I don't like to run up close. I have no idea how street photographers do it.

More Sebastian.

Found it amusing. No faces.

A bunch of typical cherry blossom shots... back to the 10-22. I need a second digital body. For serious.

Nice at first. Then you notice the port a potties.

More of the typical...

Delicious delicious wideangle. And this was even slightly cropped (there were WAY too many people there yesterday).

Ikun! And Mike~ Terp Photo Club people. :)

She held up a few cars. Couldn't get them in with my 50 though, so I reframed it.

View of the kites. Sort of. Looks more like sensor dust with the small res, but I cleaned that a few days ago. Giottos ftw. Thanks to Kevin @ SolarTempest for suggesting it.

Was cute. Shot (literally) at the hip. Sort of surprised it came out so well, ignoring the purse buckle...

Spiderman kites! Though I prefer Batman myself. ;)

Sebastian wasting his film.

Crayola kites!

Yesterday was overall a good day. A little chilly. Lots (too many!) people. Sebastian, Mike and I ended up checking out a rugby game. I'll post up photos from that in the next few days. They actually came out pretty good, despite the fact that I was using my 50prime.

pretty~! but the porter pottys right below in that one pic ruined it haha.
oh and looks like a good place to go for a picnic or a date :D
MTL: That was the point ;) They ruined a nice view with those, haha.
